Vildan Kehr is the divisional vice president of Human Resources, Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics at ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ. Her experience spans leading global strategies for human capital planning, employer branding, executive recruiting and development, global recruitment, university relations, social and digital talent platforms and talent sustainability, engagement and inclusion strategies.

Vildan has held numerous HR leadership positions within ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ including most recently as divisional vice president of Global Talent Acquisition. When she was based in Singapore, Vildan led initiatives to globalize the talent acquisition function and build capabilities in emerging markets. She also has served as talent acquisition director of pharmaceuticals, talent acquisition head of corporate functions and director of international talent acquisition.

Prior to joining ºù«ÍÞÊÓÆµ, Vildan held leadership roles in executive search, human resource consulting and line management in marketing throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America.

Vildan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Bogazici University, and an MBA with an emphasis in finance from North Central College.
