Liz Cushman is ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Senior Vice President, Legal. She was appointed to this role in November 2024 after previously serving as Vice President, Specialty Legal. In her current role, Liz is responsible for ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s global commercial legal teams and specialty legal functions, as well as legal operations.Ìý

Since joining ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in 2006, Liz has held numerous positions in legal and compliance, including as Division Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Medical Devices, Established Pharmaceuticals, and Legal Regulatory & Compliance.

In addition to her role in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s Legal department, Liz serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Clara ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Foundation.Ìý

Liz earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Berkeley, California, and her juris doctorate from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.
