Eric Shroff is Senior Vice President, Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics, a role he has held since March 2025. During his career with ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, he has held leadership positions in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's Diagnostics and Diabetes Care businesses.

Starting in November 2018, Eric served as Vice President, ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Point of Care. Prior to this, he was the Divisional Vice President for Asia Pacific in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Diabetes Care, leading commercial operations across Australia, New Zealand, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Eric's journey with ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ began in 2003.
Before joining ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, Eric was a management consultant at Booz - Allen & Hamilton, Ernst & Young, and Whittman-Hart, serving financial services and health care clients on strategic planning, corporate development and operations improvement assignments.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois, and a master’s degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
